Decision Making Trouble

Q: I am unable to make decisions between conflicting things. I in effect don't know how to plan my time, or where I am supposed to be physically and spiritually. Any advice?

A: The difficulty that you describe is with da'at. This is the ability to focus. It is advisable to learn about da'at. Rabbi Ginsburgh's new book on da'at, called "The Decision Making Process" should be available in the near future. Visit our Inner Dimension on-line store for notification of the new book.

It is important to remember that G-d is with you, even if you feel in a physical or spiritual fog. Pray to G-d and BELIEVE that He hears you and will help you. Do not allow yourself to get ensnared in the cycle of worry about your difficulties, which only aggravates the situation.
