The children's organization that the Rebbe always spoke of was Tzivot Hashem, "G-d's Army." All children before the age of Bar and Bat Mitzvah are G-d's army. The term Tzivot Hashem is always used in reference to the redemption from Egypt. In the merit of Tzivot Hashem the entire Jewish People goes out of exile. That is the power of the children, Tzivot Hashem.
The Rebbe called the women's study organization Chochmat Nashim, the "Wisdom of Women." The simple meaning of this is that women have a certain level of wisdom that men do not possess. The Rebbe often said that women should gather together first and foremost to learn the inner dimension of the Torah. Obviously, the study should lead to action, especially in the Land of Israel. This is the year to try to bring out that special wisdom. As it is written, "In the merit of righteous women, our forefathers were redeemed from Egypt, and in the merit of righteous women the final redemption will come". The redemption that we are waiting for depends on women, in a certain way, much more than men. One of the good decisions to make for the coming year is women's and children's groups.
