The Rope of Hope

We live in a generation of hope, that all our children grow up to become good, contributing people. It all depends on education, on Torah.

In Hebrew, "hope" (תקוה) comes from "line" (קו). Hope creates a line, a vector force, a ray of light that permeates the dark vacuum of our life.

Hope is the rope that connects the purely spiritual origin of the soul in heaven to the soul's manifestation in the physical body.

With hope we hop over obstacles, as the Chassidic adage says: Don't crawl under obstacles, just hop over them!

Hope and be happy, sure that what you hope for will come true.
