Q: Can you tell me who is my future wife or where I should look for her according to Kabbalah?
A: One should not try to determine the outcome of future events such as one?s marriage partner according to the Kabbalah. One should try to fulfill the verse, Tamim tihyeh im Hashem Elokecha, (Deut. 18:13) which means, "Walk simply with G-d." It is advisable to learn Rashi's commentary on this verse. He explains that one should not investigate or speculate about the future. One should just be simple with G-d. This is the most all inclusive commandment of the Torah. Once a prospective mate is found in accordance with the natural ways in which G-d created the world, Kabbalah can help to understand the meanings of the names of the bride and groom, and other facets of the significance of their union.
May you merit in the very near future to find your true soul-mate.
