Moses, Shimon, Isaac, Israel

The Oral Torah is a living, growing organism. From generation to generation its submission and separation dimensions are ever reinterpreted.

But with regard to the sweetening dimension of the Torah, truly new dimensions of it are revealed from generation to generation.

The 4 major revelations are those of Moses, R. Shimon bar Yochai, the Arizal, and the Ba'al Shem Tov – Moses, Simon, Isaac, Israel.

They correspond to the 4 letters of God's essential Name Havayah. Their proper names = 1560 = 60 times Havayah. Average value 390 = Heaven.

Moses and R. Shimon bar Yochai (Torah and Zohar) correspond to wisdom and understanding, father and mother, an inseparable pair.

The Arizal and the Ba'al Shem Tov correspond to beauty and kingdom, the son and the daughter of the above mentioned father and mother.

The son relates in particular to the mother and the daughter to the father – the Arizal to the Zohar and the Ba'al Shem Tov to the Torah.

Moses-Torah, Shimon-Zohar, Isaac-Etz Chaim, Israel-Keter Shem Tov (each with his book) = 3588 = Menachem (name of Mashiach) times Havayah.

The 4 books = 2028 = 3 times 26 squared, the 12 letter Name (the 3 Names Havayah in the Priestly Blessing) times the 4 letter Name, Havayah.

1560 (the 4 proper names) = 10 times Joseph, 2028 (the 4 books) = 13 times Joseph. The difference, 3 times Joseph = chai times Havayah.

The Zohar refers to itself as "the brilliance of the supernal mother." The supernal mother sweetens all the severities of external reality.

The basic innovation of the Arizal in Etz Chaim is the description of the primordial kings of Edom that reigned and died.

The kings of Edom correspond to the emotive attributes of the heart. Their rectification is that of the vav, the 3rd letter of Havayah.

Ba'al Shem Tov means "Master of the Goodly Name." His book, Keter Shem Tov means "Crown of the Goodly Name." "The crown is to the king."

In the future, one crown will rest on the head of the king & queen. Keter Shem Tov Ba'al Shem Tov Ba'alat Shem Tov = 5 times Ba'al Shem Tov!

Since the Ba'al Shem Tov is the secret of the daughter, the final hei of Havayah, he, as king, has greater affinity to his queen than all.

King (90) plus queen (95) = 185 = "I am to my beloved and my beloved is to me," said by the bride to the groom in the Song of Songs.

In Kabbalah, the Divine Name of love is E-l. When written in full, Alef Lamed, it equals 185, the union of king and queen.

In primordial numbering (each letter = sum of all letters from alef to and including itself), king queen = 7 times queen! It's all queen.

Queen is the feminine manifestation of the Ba'al Shem Tov. Queen, 95 = 5 times 19, Eve. 7 queens are 35 Eves.
