Jewish Psychology: Rectifying our Ego

Rectifying our Ego is a 10 lecture course taught by Harav Ginsburgh’s student, Rabbi Moshe Genuth. Beginning with an in-depth description of how the ego develops out of our sense of self and how the ego’s self-image hinders us from realizing our full potential by shifting our lives away from the image of God in us and forcing us to focus on our lower, animal soul. The proper way to rectify our egos is explained following the teachings of the Ba’al Shem Tov and the great sages of Chassidut.  You will learn how to react to your failures and success in a manner that will allow you to navigate life’s roller-coaster of ups and downs. Much of the teaching is based on the teachings of Rebbe Asher Freund as adapted by Harav Yitzchak Ginsburgh.
