Q&A: Women and Career

Q: I have a very challenging job, yet the salary does not compensate me for all of my efforts. I would like to leave and to search for a different, more lucrative job, which fits my talents and aspirations.

A: Without hearing all the details, I cannot give concrete advice. But it is always recommended to highlight the practical direction – a place where you can employ your talents as a matter of course.

It is important to note that regarding a woman’s employment – there should be less emphasis on the income, which is the role of the husband (with some rare exceptions). Instead, the focus should be on the mission. Search for something positive that fits your talents and your life’s mission (while the question of salary remains secondary).
