Q: Can a non-Jew be privy to Ruach Hakodesh (God’s holy spirit) upon him?
A: The most important rule is to serve God with joy. In Tana Dvei Eliyahu it is written that a Righteous Gentile can also merit Ruach Hakodesh. God loves every person who seeks Him very much, as we see in the Torah that He called Abraham "the one who loves Me." See the beginning of the Book of Kuzari. God loves the king of the Kuzars who is seeking the truth and sends him a Jew to teach him Torah.
