Q: Try as I might, I just can’t get myself out of bed in the morning. Nothing seems to help – and I have tried many methods. Can the Rabbi give me some advice?
A: The main thing is to strengthen yourself with joy and thanksgiving to God for every success, even the most slight, that you have in overcoming this urge to keep sleeping. As a rule, a person must remove his thoughts from his "falls". We can serve God every moment, and it is a shame to waste the moment (even when you get up late!)
