Harav Ginsburgh explores the many facets of Jacob's character and the impressions they make on reality. The sages describe Jacob as "the choice among the Patriarchs." Harav Ginsburgh gives this description new meaning as he ties Jacob with our freedom of choice, the essential ingredient that makes us human. In a timeless message to both Jews and non-Jews, Rabbi Ginsburgh follows the main incarnations of Jacob and Esau through the generations and how they continue to come closer to redeeming the world.
